Here at Hands Producing Hope, we take every day as an opportunity to lift up women all over the globe and celebrate their achievements. We are proud to be a part of a strong community that values women-owned businesses and women-made products. In honor of International Women's Day, we want to highlight some of the women behind our favorite brands and products. 

1. Woven Baskets

Our woven baskets are uniquely hand made by our artisans in Rwanda. They are intricately woven from dyed grass and are perfect for decor such as a basket wall or holding fruit. 

2. Thomas Therapeutics 

Erin Thomas, a Baton Rouge native, started Thomas Therapeutics after helping her sister cope with her allergy-associated eczema. Her skin and hair care line has assisted others with their sensitive skin. The Triage Facial Cleanser consist of lavender and jasmine floral waters that provide a gentle cleanse. Additionally, 10% of the sales are donated a local domestic violence prevention organization.

3. Prosperity Candles 

Prosperity Candles are handmade by women artisans in the United States. As the brand welcomes refugee families to America and helps them build news lives, each candle has a unique and inspiring story behind it.

4. Andi Lynn's 

Andi Lynn began her business after helping her family get over a respiratory infection using elderberry syrup. Andi Lynn's now delivers all natural health solutions such as Fire Raw Apple Cider Tonic and Tummy and Teething Drops. 

5. EcoStrength 

EcoStrength is a women owned and operated company dedicated to supporting a sustainable lifestyle. We love their shampoo bars that offer a sustainable, organic and long-lasting alternative to shampoos stored in large plastic waste containers. 

6. Kind Culture Co 

Kind Culture Company was founded by two moms on a mission to inspire and empower children to create a kinder world. The Good Deed Fairy features a cute and stylish design with a scroll for your child to write down their good deeds!

tonlé is a women owned company that values inclusivity, honesty, and reciprocity. The brand strives to create a purposeful future for fashion this is restorative, regenerative and just.
